Edgar Navarro joined FNBC Bank & Trust in 2025 as a Vice President on the Commercial Lending Team, where he focuses on commercial real estate and business lending and banking. With 15 years of experience in financial services, Edgar is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience, building lasting relationships, and engaging with the communities he serves.
Prior to joining FNBC, Edgar served as a Commercial Lending Officer at BankFinancial, where he was responsible for business development, building a strong loan portfolio, and growing client relationships. Earlier in his career, he held various loan and retail banking positions with Charter One Bank, US Bank, and First Midwest Bank.
Edgar is actively involved in his community, currently serving as a Board Member of the West Chicago Parks Foundation. He previously served on the boards of the Aurora Regional Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Rise From the Ashes, as well as a Next Gen Board Member of the DuPage Children's Museum, and has volunteered with the Aurora Interfaith Food Pantry. A resident of Montgomery, Edgar also enjoys giving back to the youth in his community by coaching club soccer.
Edgar earned his Bachelor of Applied Science from Robert Morris University in Chicago.
