Margaret serves as Senior Vice President, Commercial and SBA Lender at FNBC Bank & Trust. Margaret has vast experience in assisting businesses in many different industries with commercial & industrial loans, investment real estate loans, and Small Business Administration loans, primarily SBA 504 and SBA 7A, to help businesses operate, grow and achieve their financial goals.
Margaret has been in the banking industry for many years and served in senior and leadership roles for various institutions including a Chicago-based Certified Development Company where she significantly expanded the CDC’s SBA 504 lending team, production volume and regional footprint. Additionally, Margaret is a subject matter expert for SBA/Score and provides mentoring, training and workshop classes to both small business owners and other SCORE mentors.
Margaret is actively involved in the community and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, the Secured Finance Network, the American Bankers Association and several others, and serves as a Mentor for Step Up: intercity girls of Chicago SUWN.org.
Margaret earnest her Bachelor of Science from Elmhurst University, her MBA from Benedictine University and completed continuing education with Kellogg School of Management.
